        YOU       NEED TO ADVERTISE

Elias Howe invented the sewing machine, but he couldn’t get women to buy them!  He wound up living in poverty and suffered the embarrassment of attending his wife’s funeral in a borrowed suit.

Imagine all of the women whose lives could have been easier and more enjoyable if they had only known of Howe’s invention.  Because there was no advertisement, women knew nothing about the existence of the sewing machine.

Mozart wrote the world’s most beautiful music, yet he died penniless.  Those who followed him and knew how to advertise, grew wealthy by marketing Mozart’s great works.

You can be the best worker, the smartest individual in your field, the most successful business that has won awards for excellence and dedication to your clients, but if you don’t let people  know of your talents, they will never ask or call for your assistance.

During the Great Depression of 1929, most companies stopped advertising because they didn’t think they could afford to continue doing it.  Many of the companies that continued to advertise are still in business today.

There’s no way around it. You need to advertise!
